Todd Safety Solutions is a Panama City Beach-based company founded by Josh Todd, a 1600-ton licensed professional mariner with over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry (including tug and barge oil transportation) and as a Sea School Maritime Safety Instructor.  

 

We specialize in practical, hands-on training that goes beyond basic compliance, preparing educators, workplace teams, and marine professionals to respond decisively in real emergencies. Our core offerings uniquely combine safety certification programs, fire safety instruction, and CPR/AED training—all delivered by Red Cross-certified instructors. This integrated approach sets us apart, equipping participants with scenario-based skills using manikins, live-fire burn boxes, and realistic props so they leave ready and confident, not just certified.

 

Complementing our training focus, Todd Safety Solutions is launching a marine rescue division that will soon provide vessel towing, emergency at-sea refueling, and related on-water support services, leveraging our deep maritime expertise to extend safety from the classroom and job site to the water.
